Arsene Lupin was a French "gentleman thief" and descendant of Louis Lupin and possibly C. Auguste Dupin. His adventures were documented in the early 20th century by Maurice Leblanc.
Lupin was born in 1874 to Théophraste Lupin and Henriette d'Andresy in Andresey, France. He had many love affairs and marriages , his children include Gaston Max, Nestor Burma, Adelaide Lupin, Tigris (Jean Lupin) and supposedly an Arsene Lupin II. His grandchildren include Lupin III and Nick Jordan.
