Agatha Christie (1890-1976) was a British novelist and playwright, best known for her many mysteries, the most famous chronicled the cases of Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple. She may well have also chronicled some exploits of Wold Newton family members Fu Manchu and Carl Peterson albeit indirectly. By some accounts she may have also encountered, then forgotten, the alien adventurer generally known as Doctor Who.
